VIRDUAL – Boosting digital innovation in VET by integrating Extended Reality to train work-readiness skills for Work- based learning programmes

The VIRDUAL e-Learning Campus is a digital educational tool for VET teachers and in-company trainers. The Campus provides them online courses on how to train work readiness skills through Extended Reallity (XR) and Work-Based Learning (WBL). Furthemore, it provides them with a technological tool to create their own e-learning courses.

Thus, the Campus enables VET teachers and in-company trainers to:

• Enrol in an e-learning course based on a new methodology and content to training work readiness skills through XR and WBL 
• Develop their own customised online modules to support the training process of apprentices and participants in WBL through XR.
